The Becoming You Show with Leah Roling: 66. Back to the Basics

Join me today as I do a deep dive into the importance of the BASICS.  Regardless of your goal, the fundamentals must not be discounted.  I am also going to share why it is that we resist the basics, as if getting the goal must be complicated and hard.  Our psychology is conditioned to think that if its easy and simple it must not be effective.  It must be insufficient to support my progress and goal attainment.  It is also conditioned to believe that when we tried these “basics” before they didn’t work so it must be the “basics” fault.  If you have struggled with achieving the level of success you want in your life, in any area of your life, I hope you will join me today as I break down the basics and invite you to consider that the basic way may be the better way.
