Don White

Don White is the founder and CEO of Agility Science, LLC, a company that helps organizations improve their business agility, software quality assurance, and the effectiveness of their agile and digital transformation projects. As an agile consultant and coach with many agile and Lean certifications, Don has worked with many companies, including a Fortune 10 company, to identify measurable outcomes and help them grow emotional and social intelligence skills for psychological safety so their workplace culture becomes agile-compatible. He is a DevOps Institute Ambassador and strategic partner with LifeWork Systems where he is a certified CultureEX™ specialist, able to provide oversight consulting to organizations in need of culture improvements. Don also spends time working in renewable energy projects that meet his passion to favorably impact climate change.
