Dr. Kawami Evans

Dr. Kawami Evans is the Director of Inclusion and Organizational and the Student Affairs Equity and Inclusion Strategist at the University of California at Davis. She is a transformative leader inspired to unleash the human potential through the moral realization and living practice of inclusionary excellence. Drawing from a broad range of scholarship on organizational development, higher education leadership, and workplace spirituality, Dr. Evans utilizes a unique and innovative approach to unmask structural biases that stifle greatness.
