JOANNA GARCIA SWISHER can currently be seen starring in Netflix's hit series SWEET MAGNOLIAS alongside Brooke Elliott and Heather Headley. MAGNOLIA's 3rd season premiered as the #1 series on the platform worldwide, and season 4 is due to begin production in early 2024. Previously, she can be seen starring in the 20th/ABC pilot HAPPY ACCIDENT alongside Matt Walsh and Vanessa Williams as well as the ABC mini-series THE ASTRONAUT WIVES CLUB, based on the best-selling book series. Prior to that, JoAnna played opposite Vince Vaughn’s in the Fox feature THE INTERNSHIP and recurred as the fan-favorite 'Ariel' (of THE LITTLE MERMAID) on ABC's hit series ONCE UPON A TIME. Joanna was also the star of ABC’s BETTER WITH YOU as well as CW’s PRIVILEDGED and starred opposite Jason Ritter in ABC’s KEVIN (PROBABLY) SAVES THE WORLD. JoAnna formerly starred in REBA for 20th and recurred on Josh Schwartz’s GOSSIP GIRL for WBTV. JoAnna is also a southern lifestyle expert and co-founder of the lifestyle brand, The Happy Place.
