Joanne Harrison Clough
Joanne Harrison Clough is a sole practitioner Family Law Attorney in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Ms. Clough has practiced law in Central Pennsylvania for 35 years in general civil practice concentrating primarily family law for the past twenty (20) years. During that time, she has represented parents, grandparents and children in numerous Family Law matters including Custody, Children and Youth and Juvenile proceedings. Ms. Clough is a past President of Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania and was previously a part time instructor for ten years at Harrisburg Community College where she taught Family Law, Civil Litigation I and II, Business Law I and II, Legal Research and Writing, and intro to Para-Legalism.
After loosing a daughter to the opioid crisis in 2016, Ms. Clough has been active in working towards finding solutions to the epidemic killing tens of thousands of Americans each year. Ms. Clough serves on the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Children and Youth Sub Committee Grandparents Raising Grandchildren. Ms Clough also serves on Generations United GrAND Voices, which is a national organization which focuses on family and kinship issues related to the drug epidemic.
Ms. Clough was recently selected by PennLive as a 2017 Co-News Maker Of The Year for the public work she and two other grandmothers performed to bring public awareness to the issue of grandparents raising grandchildren whose parents were opioid addicts. Ms. Clough has a law degree from Dickinson School of Law and completed her undergraduate work at Skidmore College.
