Joy Lewis is a former classroom teacher turned Holistic Educator and Wellness Coach. She is dedicated to guiding individuals from all walks of life in releasing burnout and reconnecting with their authentic selves. After overcoming her emotional and work-related burnout journey, Joy discovered the power of practical tools like Human Design and other holistic practices to reclaim balance, vitality, and purpose.
She believes we all possess innate gifts meant to contribute to the world, yet societal expectations often sever us from these gifts, leaving us drained and misaligned. Joy helps busy adults, professionals, and parents reconnect with their energy, prioritize self-care, and rediscover their unique blueprints to live authentically and wholeheartedly.
