Visual artist & creativity transformational coach, Laura Lucia Gavan is one of the most active professionals in culture in Romania, with national and international collaborations with the most important artists and cultural institutions. She is co-founder and president of Art Out Association, an NGO that develops cultural, educational and social programs for young professionals in creative industries and for youth from disadvantaged groups. During her coaching sessions, she empowers ambitious moms and mompreneurs to discover their strengths, to develop their confidence and their creative business mindset, and by that she helps them reach their fullest potential in life. Enthusiastic, ambitious, perseverent, she is involved in a lot of cultural initiatives and charity projects.
