Rozella Haydée White
Rozella Haydée White (she/her/ella) is the #LoveBigCoach, is a Social Impact Entrepreneur who is focused on nurturing love that is life-giving, justice-seeking, and healing so that all can thrive. She is a public theologian, spiritual life and leadership coach, inspirational speaker and writer committed to embodying love that is bold, intentional and generous.
Rozella is the owner and CEO of RHW Consulting LLC, an organization that envisions a world transformed by love, where empowered individuals and purpose-driven organizations thrive together, fostering justice, healing, and boundless possibilities through innovative coaching, strategic development, and transformative travel experiences. RHW Consulting is committed to making love known, moving people forward, magnifying possibilities, and motivating change.
Rozella is also the creator and co-founder of Racial Healing & Wellness Coaching LLC, a collaborative for women committed to the journey of racial healing and wellness. Through coaching, cohort-based learning and content creation, we invite women to live boldly, love fully and lead with justice for the sake of individual and communal liberation.
For over 20 years, Rozella has been deeply committed to the Nonprofit Sector, working with faith-based communities, academic institutions, and community organizations based in the United States, Central America, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. In keeping with her commitment to the nonprofit sector, Rozella also obtained her Nonprofit Board Management Certification through BoardSource in April 2023.
Rozella obtained her Master of Arts in Religion with Honors from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia (now United Lutheran Seminary) and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and African Studies (Cum Laude) from Texas Southern University in Houston, TX. Rozella received her Certification in Youth Ministry from the Center for Youth Ministry at Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, IA. She completed four units of chaplaincy training with Emory Center for Pastoral Services in Atlanta, GA, and is a certified disaster chaplain through the National Disaster Interfaith Network.
Rozella completed her coach training certification with Inner Glow Circle, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training program. She has her Level 1 and Level 2 Coach Training and is working towards her Professional Coaching Credential through the ICF.
Rozella is also an alumna of Seth Godin’s altMBA, a 31-day online leadership and management workshop that celebrates our shared humanity and provides students with the skills they need to be impactful leaders and make meaningful change. The altMBA’s success has been featured by the Stanford d.school and the philosophy was discussed in a recent article in the MIT Sloan Management Review.
Rozella is the author of Love Big: The Power of Revolutionary Relationships to Heal the World (Fortress Press, 2019) and is a contributor to the New York Times Bestseller and international bestseller, A Rhythm of Prayer, edited by Sarah Bessey. She has contributed to many books, written numerous articles, curriculums, and resources focused on leadership development, spirituality, and justice steeped in a Love Ethic.
