I felt like I had no direction, no hope and no way out. I used drugs and alcohol to escape my self-loathing, and almost ended my life because the pain of my existence felt so unbearable.

Then I made a career out of helping thousands overcome addiction, disempowerment, and their attachment to unhealthy behaviors.
