After working from home for the last year, a lot of people, probably including yourself are asking, “Do we every have to go back into the office?” Or “If we have shown we can be productive at home, what is the point of making everyone go back into the office?”  Just as we all had to learn and transition last year in the pandemic; we now need to learn and transition as we come out of the pandemic.  The world isn’t the same today as it was in 2019.  We cannot just go back to how it was.  In this episode we are going to talk about the benefits of working in an office and the benefits of working from home.  Collectively we will have to figure out what works best as we go forward.
